This figure -- Revoltech No. 009 Hoshii Miki (standard version) -- was part of my first ever Revoltech purchase, so I do not have prior experience with this particular line of figures. I had read the previous reviews and noted the comments about the arms detaching easily. Well, it's true. On the figure I received, the arms detach at the elbows during even the slightest attempt at posing or positioning the figure. While struggling to snap one arm back into place, chances are the other arm will come off.
The rest of the joints and hinges seem to be reasonably secure, but the elbows are annoying.
No. 009 Hoshii Miki is an attractive, detailed figure, with a nice face sculpt and excellent paint-work.
I also purchased 009FS "Strawberry Version" at the same time. While I would not categorize either figure as being particularly "sturdy," the elbows on the Strawberry Version do not appear to be quite as loose as those on the standard version.

What is there to say about this product? I can say it's good but there are a few flaws which is understand. There are always bound to be flaws in everything.
Anyway, what's good are the details. I like the design and quality to it. Pretty accurate/precise. I like how the accessories like the cat ears can give a stronger impression to the figure while giving any kind of pose to it. It is the same with the many kinds of hand pieces with different gestures.
As for the flaws, I am somewhat displeased with them. One is that the body parts fall off easily. Another is the hands. It is extremely hard to remove and switch them while trying not to pull the joints off.
Despite the flaws, it still receives four stars out of five because it is part of an Otaku's collection and can be used for other purposes like posing for a drawing. It is not recommended for children.

Well it's not bad but it's arm is so flimsy it always breaks off and also the wrist wouldn't change so I had to get my yuki nagato which is not bad and take her wrist off and exchange wrists it's so annoying the rest of it is ok but I hate the articulation I personally enjoy figmas way better theryre super posable get figmas!
